At Impact Zone, I oversee a 51,000 sq ft operation and have led the business through its strongest period of growth — growing membership and the personal training department, building and training the sales team, and managing an 11,000 sq ft facility renovation. My focus is on the fundamentals: a consultative sales process, a high standard of service, and a team that owns its results.
In 2022 I founded 2THIRTY, a functional hydration brand sold through Amazon and Shopify, and in 2024 co-founded Valence, gym management software built by operators for operators. Both have given me hands-on experience with product development, pricing, marketing, and direct sales to business owners.
I'm passionate about growing businesses through strong relationships and disciplined execution.
How I sell
My process is consultative and it's the same every time: understand the problem before quoting anything, show the person exactly how the solution fits their situation, and ask for the business directly. I've trained that same process into the sales team, used it to sign corporate memberships and partnerships, and used it to sell Valence directly to gym owners.
